Fiona Morris
FOUNDER | HEAD COACH
As Head Coach of Grow My Cleaning Biz, Fiona’s job is to rise above the situation and look at the strategy for your business. Her job is to find out where you are, and where you want to go and write the map for that. All our coaching programs are done with you. It's her job to make sure you can do it by yourself. She equips and empowers you to do it for you.

Jessica is all things operations. She has passion for people. She runs the better clean team and handles all of the operations. So when it comes to scheduling, dealing with staff, all complaints from clients, quoting right through to all of the end to end management of a cleaning business, that's her expertise.

Jannah Duah
HR EXPERT | COACH
Jannah teaches cleaning business owners within our program – how to advertise, attract, nurture, and keep good cleaners and how to say goodbye to the ones that we don't want. All our members get taught how to recruit, how to induct, interview and train by her. So Jannah's recruiting and training cleaners on a daily basis.
