Upgrading or Cancelling your Membership

Cancelling your Membership

In order to upgrade your membership, you will first need to cancel your current membership before you purchase your new one. Follow the prompts below to find out how. 

1. Login to your account

2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner

3. Select "Settings"

4. Select "Billing Info" in the top right corner

5. Click the 3 dots (...) next to the product that you wish to cancel

6. Select "Cancel this subscription"

Purchasing your New Membership

Once you have followed the above instructions and cancelled you current membership, you are then able to purchase your new membership. Follow the prompts below.

1. Locate the membership that you want to purchase

2. Select the "Sign in" option and enter your login details

3. Once logged in, follow the prompts and complete your purchase
